Application for Acceptance

Submit an application only after you have located a house you wish to acquire.  Please review our "Buyer Qualifications" page before submitting an application, and before you view a house. You do not need to submit an application to join our notification list.

Our qualifications are much easier than if you applied with a lender, but we do need to verify that you can make the payments.  Also, if you are uncomfortable submitting your social security number over the internet, you can call us and we will write it in, but we will need to have it.

I agree to pay $35.00 for a single applicant and $45.00 for two applicants (cash or certified funds or PayPal) as an application fee  – each adult shall have a credit report run. This deposit shall be non-refundable. If the application is not approved or accepted by the owner or agent, the application hereby waiving any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance which the owner or agent may reject.

I recognize that as a part of your procedure for processing my application, an investigative consumer report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with others with whom I may be acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to my character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living.

I also understand that a criminal background check may be acquired and used as a condition for my acceptance.
