Please
review the following criteria before submitting an application:

Your
gross monthly income needs be at least 3-4 times the monthly payment

You
must have money for a down payment. It varies by house, but the minimum
you will usually need is around 5%.

You
must be current on all of your bills (phone, car, loans, credit cards,
utilities, cable TV, etc)

You
need to be fully discharged from any bankruptcy,
and the hardship that caused it must be over.

If you
have had a foreclosure, it must be fully resolved (house not in your
name).

You
can’t have had any evictions in the last 3 years.

You
must have good references from previous landlords & current employers.

You
cannot be involved in a lawsuit as a “Plaintiff”, other than divorce,
child custody, or auto accident

You
can’t have any prior criminal convictions of a violent or drug-related
felony, or sex offender
-
You
cannot owe money for child support or alimony
